We declare that as the operator of your personal data, we comply with all legal obligations required by applicable legislation, in particular the Personal Data Protection Act and GDPR, namely that:

We will process your personal data only on the basis of a valid legal reason, primarily legitimate interest, fulfillment of contract, legal obligations or granted consent. We fulfill the information obligation according to Article 13 of GDPR even before starting the processing of personal data. We will enable and support you in asserting and fulfilling your rights under the Personal Data Protection Act and GDPR.

In connection with the processing of your personal data by Jasmine Thai Massage, s. r. o., Hviezdoslavova 274/17, 96501, IČO: 52003094 as the operator, we hereby provide you as a person whose personal data we process (hereinafter referred to as "data subject") with information according to Articles 13 and 14 of GDPR, which we have designed in the form of questions, so that this information is understandable, clear and practical for you:

Who is the operator of your personal data?

The operator of personal data on the website www.thaioase.sk according to § 5 letter o) of Act no. 18/2018 Coll. on personal data protection as amended (hereinafter referred to as the "Act") is the company:

We process your personal data as an operator, i.e. we determine how personal data will be processed and for what purpose, for how long, and we select any other processors who will help us with the processing. To what extent and why do we process your data?

We process personal data that you have provided to us yourself, for the following reasons (to fulfill these purposes):

Provision of services, contract fulfillment

We necessarily need your personal data to the extent: e-mail, name, surname, telephone contact, in case of purchase as a business person or company also IČO, DIČ or possibly IČDPH, account number, possibly telephone to fulfill the contract (e.g. Reservation of a term in the application, etc.) and keeping accounts.

If you are our customer, we necessarily need your personal data (billing data) to comply with the legal obligation for issuing and recording tax documents.

Marketing – sending newsletters

We use your personal data (email and name) to a minimal extent for the purpose of direct marketing – sending commercial communications. If you are our customer, we do so out of legitimate interest, because we reasonably assume that you are interested in our news, for a period of 3 years from the last order/invoice.

If you are not our customer, we only send you newsletters based on your consent, for a period of 3 years from granting. You express your consent to us through so-called Double opt-in confirmation. This confirmation is a clear expression of your consent to the processing of your personal data.

In both cases, you can revoke this consent by using the unsubscribe link in each sent e-mail, or you can revoke your consent by e-mail to jasmine.kontakt@gmail.sk.

Photographic documentation, references

Only based on your consent can we use your photos, videos or written references on our pages, until you revoke your granted consent. It can be revoked at any time through our contact details.

We keep your personal data for the period of limitation periods, unless the law stipulates a longer period for their storage or we have not stated otherwise in specific cases.

Cookies

When browsing our website, we record your IP address, how long you stay on the site and from which site you are coming. Using cookies to measure website traffic.

Our website can also be browsed in a mode that does not allow the collection of personal data. You can disable the use of cookies on your computer directly in the browser you use: Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer, or others.

We protect personal data to the maximum extent possible using modern technologies that correspond to the level of technical development. We protect them as if they were our own.   • Secure access to our email boxes (username and password protected).

  • Secure access to member sections of the website (username and password protected).

Personal data will be processed electronically in an automated manner or in printed form in a non-automated manner.

Which entities have access to your personal data?

To ensure the proper functioning of our company, third parties also have access to personal data. These are marketing service providers, IT service providers and service providers associated with sending bulk newsletters – Mailchimp.

Do we transfer data to third countries?

We will not transfer your data to third countries. We process data exclusively in the European Union or in countries that ensure a level of protection based on the decision of the European Commission.

What rights do you have in connection with the processing of personal data?

  • You have the right to information, which is already fulfilled by this information page with personal data processing principles.
  • Thanks to the right of access, you can ask us at any time and we will provide you within 14 days what personal data we process and why.
  • Right to supplement and change: If something changes for you or you consider any of your personal data to be outdated or incomplete, you have the right to supplement and change personal data.
  • Right to restrict processing can be used if you believe that we are processing your inaccurate data, if you think that we are carrying out processing illegally, but you do not want to delete all data, or if you have raised an objection to processing. You can limit the scope of personal data or processing purposes.
  • Right to portability: If you would like to take your personal data and transfer it to someone else, we will proceed in the same way as when exercising the right of access – we will send you the information in machine-readable form. Fulfillment period up to 14 days.
  • Right to erasure (to be forgotten): Your other right is the right to erasure (to be forgotten). We don't want to forget about you, but if you wish, you have the right to do so. In that case, we will delete all your personal data from our system and from the system of all sub-processors and backups. We reserve a period of 14 days to ensure the right to erasure.

In some cases, we are bound by a legal obligation, and e.g. we must keep issued tax documents for the period stipulated by law. In this case, therefore, we will delete all such personal data that are not bound by another law. We will inform you about the completion of the deletion by e-mail.

Complaint to the Office for Personal Data Protection

If you feel that we do not handle your data in accordance with the law, you have the right to contact the Office for Personal Data Protection with your complaint at any time. We will be glad if you first inform us about this suspicion, so that we can do something about it and correct any error.

Unsubscribe from newsletters and commercial communications

We send you emails with inspiration, articles or products and services if you are our customer based on our legitimate interest. If you are not a customer yet, we only send them to you based on your consent. In both cases, you can stop receiving our e-mails by pressing the unsubscribe link in each sent e-mail, or by unsubscribing at: jasmine.kontakt@gmail.com

Maintaining confidentiality

We allow ourselves to assure you that our employees and collaborators who will process your personal data are obliged to maintain confidentiality about personal data and about security measures, the disclosure of which would endanger the security of your personal data. This confidentiality continues even after the termination of contractual relations with us. Without your consent, your personal data will not be disclosed to any other third party.

Do you use profiling and automated decision-making in the processing of personal data?

Jasmine Thai Massage, s. r. o., Hviezdoslavova 274/17, 96501, IČO: 52003094 does not use automated decision-making and profiling in its activities.

These personal data processing principles apply from 25.5.2018 and replace the previous principles for Personal Data Protection.

Necessary Cookies

These are cookies that the website needs to function properly. They are mostly given by the CMS system used. Tracking Cookies

These are cookies that are used to track the behavior of site visitors (site monitoring). Only Google Analytics is used on this site. All this information is aggregated and therefore anonymous. Despite this, you can refuse cookies in the bottom bar, then the GA code will not be inserted into the page.

Other third-party Cookies

These are cookies that are stored when visiting our site, but we have no influence on them. They do not store any personal information, only information about the device you are using and the web browser. Most often these are: Google, Facebook, Vimeo, Youtube.

Cookies from Google. These cookies are inserted by the browser if you use services from Google (one account for everything). We cannot influence (delete) cookies in the client browser that another domain inserts there, this is not technically possible.

You can prevent this if you log out of the browser (sometimes even incognito doesn't help). The essential thing is that Google has handled these cookies itself according to GDPR and as another cookie inserts your consent that you gave it when you created a Google account. You can influence the insertion of the analytical code (see tracking cookies).
